Not talking on mute is not a brand.

It is a boundary.

A line drawn in the noise—between what we pretend to be and what we really are.

We come from the world of organizational change management. We’ve seen what happens inside organizations when we pretend changes are happening but deep down we know we are just putting band-aids on arterial bleeding and call it a day.

We’re not here to sell you a method.

We’re here to ask why change management even needs to exist in the first place.

If we need an entire profession just to help people treat each other like humans at work, maybe it’s time we stop and ask:

What are we actually doing?

Not Talking on Mute is here to hold up the mirror.

To say what others won’t.

To call out the eloquent bullshit surrounding us.

To create space for something saner, simpler—and more human.

Yes, the future is digital.

But it better be human, too.

Because the systems we’ve built?

They’re not serving us anymore.

And if you’re still one of the people who gives a damn, remember:

To stay silent is to be complicit.

So please—

Stop talking on mute.
