I’m a wife, a mother, a sister, a daughter, a friend, a colleague, a thinker and

an Organizational Change Management professional with a deep fascination for psychology, sociology, neurobiology, and system theory.

 

I didn’t start NotTalkingOnMute because I wanted a blog.

I started it because I could not stay silent.

 

Every system I ever entered betrayed me in one way or another. And more importantly, each betrayed its own stated purpose. Eventually I saw the pattern: people forget their power. They begin to believe they don’t have any. But systems were created by us, which means they can be changed by us.

 

I write because silence has never healed anything.

 

But this space isn’t only about me.

NotTalkingOnMute is for anyone who is tired of “normal.”

 

It’s for the people who somehow kept their ability to feel and think in a world that keeps numbing both. The ones who sense when something is off, even when everyone else calls it normal. The ones who quietly ask: Is this really what we are here for? Is this really the best we can do? 

 

If that’s you, then you already know why this place exists.

Because in the narrative tsunami we’re overwhelmed by, too few voices speak plainly.

 

We don’t need more thought leadership on how to keep playing by the rules we inherited.

Show me a team that keeps winning by using the same tactic forever.

 

We need to strip away the façade and name what we see, in actual human language.

 

Here, we talk about:

• the invisible operating systems running our lives

• the ways institutions betray the values they advertise

• the human cost of systems that forgot they were built for humans

• the possibility of something better. Maybe not perfect. But honest.

• or whatever that enters my mind and wants to emerge

 

I don’t pretend to have all the answers.

But I do have a lens I earned the hard way, shaped by lived experience, grief, observation, and relentless questioning. Sharp enough to cut through the bullshit.

 

NotTalkingOnMute is not a brand.

It’s a frequency.

A place where truth is allowed to speak plainly.

A place where people who give a damn can find each other.
